About Health Care Consulting
The 10th International Conference on Culinary Arts & Science (ICCAS) is taking place at Aalborg University in Copenhagen July 6-7th, 2017 with Pre-Conference activities on July 5th.
The scientific and technical portion of ICCAS is arranged by the National Culinary Team of Denmark in cooperation with Aalborg University and the administrative arrangement is carried out by Health Care Consulting. The conference is supported by a grant from the Worshipful Company of Cooks.
The aims of the ICCAS conference are to promote and enhance the quality of research, in culinary arts and related sciences; facilitate the sharing of good practice, interests and ideas amongst the academic community; offer support and encouragement to those involved in culinary arts and sciences and to provide opportunities for networking with colleagues from a range of institutions, academic fields and national backgrounds.
